The Face Melting Rock 5-piece known as Xyzyx (pronounced 'ziz-iks'), is a plethora of fun, energy and physical animation, combined with catchy, infectious numbers. Like Weezer meets the Foo Fighters with the stage presence of Spinal Tap, throw in some 4-part harmonies reminiscent of 70s homage, and you've got Xyzyx. On the live circuit since March 2009, Xyzyx has recently supported Steel Panther at House of Blues Sunset Strip, Missing Persons at Key Club, headlined the Roxy and the Whisky, and are stoked to be melting faces off at the beloved Troubadour, 10:30pm, Mon. Dec. 12th.
